Feeding birds attracts pigeons. Pigeon feces contain diseases that can make people sick. Their droppings are highly acidic and have a corrosive effect on buildings and vehicles. They will eat anything! Remove ALL food and water sources from your yard. Pigeons create a nuisance and attract other pests, such as rats.

"No person shall knowingly keep or harbor any animal or fowl which by frequent or habitual howling, yelping, barking, crowing or the making of other noises shall annoy or disturb a neighborhood."
Speak to your neighbor first - they may not be aware of the extent
of their dog's barking and how it affects others.

It is the responsibility of the Architectural Committee to maintain a uniform appearance throughout Adobe Ranch Villas. Any changes to the exterior of the units must be approved by the Architectural Committee. Whenever a change is desired, print the Architectural Review Form and submit it to Community Management for Board approval. This includes, but is not limited to, doors, windows, screens, plants and trees.
